When people ask me what sort of work I do, i say that i live part-time in other peoples’ heads, by which i mean i am a clinical psychologist who empathically seeks to know and experience your world as you do. This forms the basis of our therapeutic relationship together, towards creating the changes you want to make in your life.

As a clinician with 30 years’ experience in the field, it remains a pleasure to be a clinical psychologist. And it continues to be a pleasure to engage with people from all walks of life and of all ages who come to my office seeking help, and benefiting from it. I find immense satisfaction in being part of this therapy process that enables people to develop and grow.

My therapy style is an interactive one, combining clinical experience with a wealth of life experience, academic and clinical training, and intuition. I am understanding of the personal struggles we all face at times. The nature of your therapy with me will speak to your individual needs and situation. The setting is my office environment,which is private and tranquil.   Throughout the therapy dialogue, i will be thoughtful and engaged alongside you, investing energy towards a deeper understanding of yourself which leads to change.   The nature of your therapy will speak to your individual needs and situation.
